Call for Presentations

ARC-PA Conference Presentations 

The ARC-PA invites experienced and innovative faculty members to submit applications for presentations at our upcoming conference in July 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge, research, and insights with peers in the field. We look forward to your contributions.

·        Why Present? This is an opportunity to showcase your work, contribute to the PA education community, and share valuable insights that can enhance the quality of PA programs nationwide.

·        Who Should Apply? We invite PA program faculty to share innovative strategies, tools, or approaches that have demonstrated measurable student, program, and/or accreditation success. Contribute your expertise, research, and effective practices to inspire and inform your peers.

·        We welcome submissions that showcase a wide range of personal backgrounds, life experiences, career stages, and practice environments.

·        Planning for Accreditation

·        Implement for Educational Excellence

·        Advance Program Success

Presentation Formats: Selected presenters will have the opportunity to showcase their work in one of the following formats: 

·        Faculty Focused Presentations: (60 minutes) – Presenters lead discussions with attendees, enhancing their learning and shared experiences with others regarding a relevant topic in PA education. (Max two (2) presenters per session).

·        Poster Presentation: Presenter(s) deliver their scholarly research and content in a poster format. During dedicated poster sessions, presenters can display their work in a visual format and engage in one-on-one discussions with conference attendees. (Max two (2) presenters per poster).

Submission Guidelines:

To apply, complete the Online Application Form.

The application will require:

1.      Contact Information: Provide full contact details (name, email, institution, etc.) for every presenter. (Presenter information will be blinded to the review panel.)

2.      Identify the area of focus (Planning for Accreditation, Implement for Educational Excellence, Advance Program Success).

3.      List the specific learning objectives for your session, outlining what participants will gain from attending.

4.      Submit an abstract (maximum 300 words) summarizing your presentation. The abstract should include the following sections:

·        Background: Briefly outline the context of your research or project.

·        Description: Provide a brief overview of your topic or issue.

·        Methodology: Explain the methods or approach used in your work.

·        Results: Summarize the key findings or outcomes.

·        Discussion: Highlight key insights, implications, or discussions.

·        Conclusions: Provide a summary of the main takeaways from your work.

·        Significance: Describe the broader impact or relevance of your findings.

·        References: List 3-5 references in AMA style.

Important Dates:

  • Application Deadline: March 1
  • Notification of Acceptance: Submissions will undergo review by a panel of ARC-PA representatives, considering relevance, innovation, clarity, and potential impact. Acceptance notifications will be sent by April 10, 2026.
