Postgraduate Residency Fee Structure

Initial Accreditation Application Fee (non-refundable)

A one-time fee charged per institution due when the program submits its application for accreditation. The program will receive an invoice which will be due within 30 days of receipt. Application fee varies based on the number of specialty tracks (program options) per institution.

Annual Accreditation Maintenance Fee (non-refundable)

The annual accreditation maintenance fee is per institution, regardless of the number of accredited specialty tracks at the institution.

A 10% late fee will be charged to programs that are 45 days delinquent in paying their annual accreditation fees.

Agenda Change Fee (non-refundable) $2,000

An agenda change fee will be assessed each time a request is made to be moved to a different agenda. This agenda change must be a request to be placed on a future agenda within 2 years from the originally scheduled agenda (as availability allows).

Appeal Fee (non-refundable)

• Notice of intent to appeal (per program) $5,000
• Appeal process fee (per program) $12,500
• Binding Arbitration Fee (per program) $35,000

1Once awarded Accreditation – Provisional, the program will be billed an Annual Accreditation Maintenance Fee for the current year, pro-rated from the provisional site visit until the end of the year.
