Deans Conference

Virtual Meeting

April 26, 2022

This virtual conference is designed specifically for Deans who are responsible for the oversight of physician assistant programs.   It will provide an orientation to the Standards and address the importance of institutional support to the success of the program.  The conference will allow attendees to address the specific challenges of their position, provide an opportunity to hear from a dean of an accredited PA program and give participants the opportunity to ask questions.

Dates and Times:

The Deans Conference begins at 10am (EDT) on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 with sessions until 4:30PM (EDT). 

Registration:

The Registration Form is due by March 31, 2022.  The ARC-PA will send confirmation of registration to the email listed on the registration form.

Fees:

The registration fee for the Deans Conference is $1,800 per person. The fee includes all meeting materials.

Registration fees must be received by April 15, 2022.

The ARC-PA does not accept credit cards. Make checks payable to:  ARC-PA, Inc.

Meeting Materials:

Workshop information including connection instructions and access to workshop materials will be emailed to all registered attendees a week prior to the conference.

ARC-PA Consultant’s Conference

April 27, 2022

The Consultant’s Conference is targeted to active PA education consultants who are seeking to deepen their understanding of the ARC-PA accreditation process and the Accreditation Standards for Physician Assistant Education 5th edition. This conference will enhance your ability to guide your clients through a successful accreditation review.

Dates and Times:

The Consultant’s Conference begins at 8:00am on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 with sessions until 5:30PM. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided.

Registration:

The Registration Form is due by Friday, March 18th.  The ARC-PA will send confirmation of registration to the email listed on the registration form.

Fees:
The registration fee for the Consultant’s Conference is $3,000 per person. The fee includes all meeting materials, breakfast, lunch snack breaks throughout the day.

Registration fees must be received by March 31, 2022.

 Travel:

Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and hotel arrangements. Air, hotel and other travel arrangements should not be made until confirmation of registration is received from the ARC-PA.

Entering the ARC-PA Provisional Accreditation Pathway

Online Conference

April 29-30, 2022

This conference will give individuals involved in the planning of a PA program an overview of the provisional accreditation process. It will provide an orientation to the Standards, address completing the provisional application and preparing for the initial site visit and give participants the opportunity to ask questions.

Dates and Times:

The conference begins at 10:00 AM (ET) on Friday, April 29, 2022 with sessions until 5:00 PM (ET).  On Saturday, April 30, 2022 the conference begins at 10:00 AM (ET) and adjourns at 2:00 PM (ET) with a scheduled lunch break.

 Priority registration will be given to programs attending for the first time who are on the Commission’s 2021 agendas.

Registration Forms: Available here.  The form is due by March 31, 2022.  The ARC-PA will send confirmation of registration to the email(s) listed on the registration form.

 Fees: The registration fee for the Provisional Pathway Conference is $1,800 per person.

Registration fees must be received by April 15, 2022. The ARC-PA does not accept credit cards. More information about payment of fees will be sent with conference registration confirmation.

 Cancellation policy: Registrants who are unable to attend the conference for any reason may substitute, by arrangement with ARC-PA, someone else from the same institution at no additional expense.

  1. If a registrant is unable to attend an event and a substitution is not an option, the following refund arrangements will apply:
    1. Registrations cancelled 15 days or more before the event will be refunded 100%.
    2. Registrations cancelled less than 15 days before the event will forfeit $500 of the event fee and the remaining balance of the fee will be refunded.
  2. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks after the event.

Clinical Postgraduate Conference

May 14-15, 2022

This conference will give Clinical Postgraduate Programs interested in applying for an overview of the clinical postgraduate accreditation process. It will provide an orientation to the Standards, address completing the provisional application, preparing for the initial site visit and give participants the opportunity to ask questions.

Dates and Times:

The conference begins at 10:00 AM (ET)on Saturday, May 14, 2022 with sessions until 4:00 PM (ET) with a scheduled lunch break.  On Sunday, May 15, 2022 the conference begins at 10:00 AM (ET) and adjourns at 1:00 PM (ET).

 Priority registration will be given to programs who have submitted a Postgraduate Applicant Information Form.

Registration Forms: Available here.  The form is due by April 29, 2022.  The ARC-PA will send confirmation of registration to the email(s) listed on the registration form.

 Fees: The registration fee for the Clinical Postgraduate Conference is $1,500 per person.

Registration fees must be received by May 6, 2022. The ARC-PA does not accept credit cards. More information about payment of fees will be sent with conference registration confirmation.
