IMPORTANT SOFTWARE NOTE TO PROGRAMS: (5.15.2013) As the ARC-PA transitions to the revised accreditation process, all application documents, templates, change forms and reports due to the ARC-PA will be developed in Microsoft Office 2010 and may not be compatible with Office 2007 and earlier. Programs are urged to plan accordingly.
SPECIAL NOTE: Each program on all commission agendas has been sent a letter about how the recent changes to the accreditation process impact their specific program.
The first programs to submit a self study report two years in advance of their validation visits will be those scheduled for review on the September 2016 agenda.
Programs scheduled for review at the September 2015 ARC-PA meeting should NOT complete the materials on this page. There will be NEW application materials for programs on that agenda and beyond.
Programs should contact the ARC-PA if they have any questions about the forms or materials.
Directions for using ARC-PA Program Management Data Portal to download and submit the Program Data Sheet and SCPE for required applications and reports to the ARC-PA. Programs scheduled for review on an ARC-PA agenda in 2013 and 2014 may follow these easier portal based SCPE directions to substitute for Appendix 12. The format will look different than what is included in the application materials.
Application Packet for Continuing Accreditation for SINGLE CAMPUS PROGRAMS as zip file, with corrected Appendix 11 (only had 11 months), 12 and 13 (were not protected preventing data entry). ( Programs scheduled for review at the September 2015 ARC-PA meeting should NOT complete these materials. There will be NEW application materials for programs on that agenda and beyond.)
The Application Packet for Continuing Accreditation for Multicampus programs is under revision and should be available in late May 2013.
